$180 – $200 per month (3 – month minimum)
Gold Tier Coaching is only focused on nutrition. Your workouts will be up to you. We will work together to build you a custom nutrition plan specifically for your goal, lifestyle, and food preferences. We will determine your calorie and macronutrient needs and then build a meal plan that fits this, using your favorite foods. I will be checking in with you each weekend to assess your progress and update your plan. You will also have access to the two video coaching calls each week (Thursdays and Saturdays) to discuss anything you’d like with me.
