Our Custom Training & Nutrition Coaching is the best option we have to help you improve speed or endurance. We currently don’t have any automated programs in this category, so our custom coaching will be your best bet, allowing us to design the perfect program for you.
Platinum Tier
Training & Nutrition Coaching
$270 – $300 per month (3 – month minimum)
The Platinum Tier Training & Nutrition Coaching is our most popular offering, bringing together everything from the Gold Tier plus a custom-built training program. Fellow home gym owner? Check out the accommodations we make for your program. We will work together to build your program around your goal, schedule, equipment access, lifestyle, and food preferences. I will be checking in with you each weekend to assess your progress and update your program. You will also have access to the two video coaching calls each week (Thursdays and Saturdays) to discuss anything you’d like with me. You will need to book a consultation if you are interested in starting this or learning more (watch the video above if you haven’t already).

Training & Nutrition Coaching
$450 – $500 per month (3 – month minimum)
The Onyx Tier Training & Nutrition Coaching is our most premium offering. We will custom build a training and nutrition program for you from the ground up and you will have weekly private check-in calls with me. Fellow home gym owner? Check out the accommodations we make for your program. You will be first in line for the email check-in updates each week and you will also have access to the group calls every Thursday and Saturday for additional support. Nothing in the industry touches this level of accountability at this price point. You will need to schedule a consultation if you are interested in starting this or learning more (watch the video above if you haven’t already). Spots are extremely limited.
