Time never was, nor ever will be an excuse for not getting in shape. One of the most common excuses I hear as a coach is people not having enough time. Whether that be for working out or making proper food choices or both. Now that everyone’s schedules have changed so drastically, a new “problem” as arrived. Too much free time. But the truth is, neither of these are the real issue.
