Forerunner Program - Fat Loss
Shed fat, preserve muscle, and blast through plateaus.
This 12-week program is designed to help you lose weight at the optimal rate for your body and keep it off for good. Using a 5 day per week training split (4 days per week also possible) you will work through a series of supersets and giant sets to keep your metabolism roaring. Your nutrition will be fully automated, giving you exact macros each week that will adjust automatically based on your weigh-ins. You will also be invited to 2 coaching calls with Kyle every week to discuss your progress and ensure that things run smoothly.
- No access to a gym? No problem, we have a version of the program built specifically for working out at home with minimal equipment (only resistance bands are needed).
What is the Forerunner Program?
Is this a running program?
Not at all. This program is built purely for fat loss. While there is cardio involved, this program is not meant to make you a better runner. The name “Forerunner” comes from the Halo Universe and serves no other purpose than to fit my program naming scheme, because yes, I am that much of a nerd.
Do I need access to a gym? Can I perform this workout at home?
The regular Forerunner Program will require a gym. However, we do also have an “At-Home” version that can be done with only resistance bands. You will have access to both of these with your purchase.
How is the program delivered?
Upon sign up, you will receive an email to set up your training account through the HypertroFit Training App. Once your account is active you will have full access to the program.
How much weight can I lose with this program?
While I can’t guarantee a specific result, the program is designed to help you lose 1-2 lbs per week on average (this may increase if you have a significant amount of weight to lose). The nutrient calculator automatically adjusts your intake needs based on changes in weight. The better your compliance, the more likely it is that you’ll find your weight moving in this direction.
How many days per week of training are in the program?
The Spartan Program is a 5 day per week training plan that can also be performed as a 4 day per week plan by dropping the 5th day each week.
I’m brand new to lifting weights, is this a good plan to start with?
This could be a bit too challenging for a beginner but there are ways of adapting it to suit your needs. If you would like to discuss your options or see if there is another path for you, feel free to contact me here.
